E-Ticketing — Event Ticketing and QR Check-In

Sell the ticket.
Keep the buyer.

Sell event tickets online in South Africa and own every buyer. Guests get a branded QR ticket the moment they register, you scan them in at the door, and every sale becomes a contact you keep — not a name locked inside someone else's platform.

The Platform Trap

You built the crowd.
They kept the list.

You filled the venue — but the platform holds the buyer data. You can't email them, you can't WhatsApp them, you can't invite them back.

You know how many tickets sold. You have no idea who actually walked through the door.

Next event, you're back on ad spend — buying an audience you already earned once.

The door is a bottleneck: a name list on a clipboard, an argument about a screenshot, a queue down the street.

"Rent an audience once.
Or own it forever."

Every event you run builds a crowd. The only question is who keeps it. With E-Ticketing, every ticket sold lands in your database — name, number, what they bought, whether they showed up — so the next event launches to a warm list instead of a cold ad budget.

Your event. Your data. Your list.
How It Works

From registration
to repeat guest.

Four steps, all automated. You promote the event — the system runs everything behind it.

01

They register

Guest signs up and pays. Their details land in your database instantly — yours, from the first second.

02

They get a branded ticket

A PDF ticket with a unique QR code, in your event's colours and logo, delivered automatically. No manual admin, no guest list in a WhatsApp group.

03

You scan them in

One scan at the door and they're checked in. Scan the same ticket twice and it flags instantly — no gate-crashing on a forwarded screenshot.

04

You nurture them back

Now you know who paid and who actually came. Invite the people who showed, win back the ones who didn't, and sell your next event to a warm list.

What's Included

Everything between
"I'm coming" and "when's the next one?"

Branded QR Tickets

A PDF ticket generated and delivered automatically, in your event's logo and colours. Looks like your event, not like a generic platform receipt.

Scan Check-In

Your staff scan guests in from a phone. First scan welcomes them, a duplicate flags immediately. The door moves and nobody argues.

Attendee Data You Own

Name, number, what they bought, whether they arrived — in your own database. Export it, message it, keep it. It never belongs to a platform.

Who Actually Attended

The difference between who paid and who showed. That single fact is what makes your next campaign smarter than your last one.

Attendee Comms

Confirmations, event-day details, venue changes, running order — sent automatically to everyone holding a ticket.

Post-Event Follow-Up

Thank-you messages, next-event announcements, win-back sequences for no-shows. The list works for you between events.

Group Bookings

One person buying for a group gets a ticket per guest, each with its own QR — so you capture the whole table, not just the buyer.

Done-For-You Setup

We build it around your event, brand it, and hand it over with documentation and a live session before your first door opens.

Who It's For

Built for promoters who
do this more than once.

If you run one event ever, use a platform and move on. If you run events repeatedly, the audience you build is the asset — and E-Ticketing is how you keep it.

Club nights and parties

Recurring crowds, guest lists, door control. Know your regulars, and launch the next one to people who actually came to the last one.

Car shows and expos

High volume through a gate, group bookings, and an audience worth owning for every show that follows.

Markets and pop-ups

Regular dates, repeat visitors. Build a list once and every following market starts with a warm audience.

Fundraisers and private events

Controlled guest lists, clean check-in, and a donor or guest record you keep for the next one.

Pricing

Scoped to
your event volume.

A one-off promoter running a single show and an operator doing a market every month are different problems, so we price to what you actually run rather than pretending one number fits both.

Tell us how many events you run and roughly how many through the door, and we'll scope it on the call — setup and monthly, quoted upfront. No per-ticket commission clipping your margin.

FAQ

E-Ticketing — your questions.

How much does E-Ticketing cost?
Pricing is scoped to your event volume — how many events you run and how many people come through the door. We quote setup and monthly upfront on a call. Crucially, there's no per-ticket commission, so scaling your event doesn't scale our invoice. Book a call to get scoped →
What do you mean by "own your attendee data"?
On most ticketing platforms, the buyer is the platform's customer, not yours — you can't message them, and you often can't even export them. With E-Ticketing, every buyer lands in your own database from the moment they register: name, number, what they bought and whether they attended. You can message and market to them for every event that follows.
How does check-in work at the door?
Your staff scan each guest's QR code from a phone. The first scan checks them in and welcomes them; scanning the same ticket again flags it instantly, so a forwarded screenshot doesn't get a second person through. It also means that at the end of the night you know exactly who attended, not just who paid.
Can guests buy tickets for a group?
Yes. One buyer can book for a group and each guest gets their own ticket with its own unique QR code — so you capture the whole party in your data, not just the person who paid, and each person is checked in individually at the door.
Are the tickets branded to my event?
Yes. The PDF ticket carries your event's logo, colours and details — it looks like your event, not a generic platform receipt. We set the branding up for you during onboarding.
